Charity begins at home. As such, we encourage team Digicel to get involved in a variety of community causes. There are several opportunities to volunteer; from beach clean-ups, participating in international days, book drives, volunteering at Christmas parties and helping to paint some of our centres of excellence.

Our #RedArmy is a staff campaign designed to encourage and enhance the spirit of volunteerism among Digicel team members. Becoming a volunteer helps with building team morale, uncovering hidden talents, and developing team leaders.
